Shakshuka is an easy, delicious, healthy meal. It’s usually serve for breakfast. The eggs are poached in a homemade tomato sauce. It’s so delicious, flavorful and easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:
10 tomatoes
1 medium sized onion
3 garlic cloves
Hot Pepper
1 teaspoon Red pepper (paprika)
Pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut the tomatoes from the top (X-shaped), with a knife. Place the tomatoes in a pot with boiling water for 20 minutes. Let them cool and then peel and cut the tomatoes.
2. Cut the garlic.
3. Fry the garlic and hot pepper with a little olive oil on a pan over medium heat for one minute.
4. Add the tomatoes and spices, stir, cover with a lid and cook the shakshuka for 30 minutes over low heat. Stir occasionally.
5. Use your large spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into each well. Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are done to your liking (5-10 minutes).
