Welcome to DAMDOBS KITCHEN! This is another recipe that we truly love! This one is an experiment recipe that turned out really good! If you’re going to recreate this, take note that there were a lot of spices included in the recipe that’s why when we tried it, it turned out to be spicy. You can adjust the spice level depending on your tolerance but take note that the spice develops as time goes by. This is best served with vinegar and garlic sauce, garlic fried rice and an egg! INGREDIENTS:
1 kg ground pork ( Giniling )
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp anato powder
4 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4 cup brown sugar ( Dark )
2 whole garlic, minced
4 tbsp liquid seasoning
1/2 cup pineapple juice
*Every longganisa made weighs 50g per pack
