Lamb Mince – 0.8 to 1 kg
Whole Peppers – 4 to 5 peppers (colours are up to you and your taste buds!)
Onions – 1 medium onion
Tomatoes – 2 small tomatoes
Dhana + Jeera Powder = Cumin + Coriander Power – 1 heaped tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tbs + 1 heaped tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
Paprika Powder – 1 Tbs
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Fresh Green Chilli – 2 medium chilli’s
Cinnamon Sticks – 2 to 3 small sticks
Cloves – 2 to 3 cloves
Elachi Pods = Cumin Pods – 2 to 3 pods
Curry Leaves – From 1 stick
Garlic + Ginger Paste – 1 heaped Tbs + 1 tsp
Oil – 2 to 3 Tbs
Salt – To taste
Ground Black Pepper – To taste
Boiling water
