I LOVE Shawarma!! AND…. nothing can be better than my homemade shawarma! After many successful attempts, I’ve come up with the perfectly tasting, just like eating from Mediterranean Cuisine, simple and clean Grilled Shawarma Recipe. Make for your kid’s Birthday party, Iftar or Picnics. Do try this recipe for once… It shall become your fav.

Ingredients:
1. Boneless Chicken Breast – 2.5 Lbs
2. Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 TBSP
3. Salt – 2 tsp
4. Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
5. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
6. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
7. Red Pepper Flakes – 3 tsp
8. Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
9. Olive Oil – 3 TBSP
10. Lemon Juice – 3 TBSP
11. Potatoes – 4 count
12. Fresh Parsley – 2 TBSP
13. Large Burrito Wraps – 10 count
14. Eggplant – 1 count
15. Lettuce – 1 cup
16. Pickle Cut Cucumber – ½ cup
17. Red Onion – ½ cup
18. Tomatoes – ½ cup
19. Multicolor Bell Pepper – ½ cup
20. White Vinegar – 2 TBSP
21. Hummus – 1 cup
22. Yogurt – ½ cup
23. Sour Cream – 2 TBSP
24. Tahini Paste – ¼ tsp
25. Mayonnaise – 1 TBSP
26. Paprika – ¼ tsp

Method:
1. Cut Boneless chicken breast into small steaks and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Cook on skewers in air fryer for 15 minutes each side at 370⁰ F.
3. Cut 4 potatoes and make French fries.
4. Slice Eggplant and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
5. Cut lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, pickle cucumber and make fresh salad for shawarma.
6. Prepare Shawarma Dressing by mixing, yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, tahini and parsley.
7. Season dressing with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice.
8. Toast Burrito wrap on tawa or skillet.
9. Assemble shawarma by applying hummus, chicken, fries, eggplant, dressing and finally salad.
10. Fold sides and roll. Wrap Shawarma in foil.
11. Serve Hot or Cold. Yummy!!
