Air Fryer Chicken Fried Steak
2 cube steaks, 5-6 ounces each
3/4 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 Eggs
1 Batch of homemade Gravy
Mix together the flour and spices in a shallow dish. Whisk an egg and hot sauce into the buttermilk.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Dip the steaks in the flour, then the egg mixture and then the flour again.
Spray with oil and fry for about 6 minutes each side or until cooked in the center.
Serve with Gravy
