POTATO WEDGES
Easy, yummy and fresh snack!
INGREDIENTS
Potato
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Parmesan Cheese and Parsley (Optional)
Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Add cold water and ice to a bowl
Put potatoes in the bowl and let them soak for 30 mins (This helps with the crunch)
Next, cut up your potatoes into wedges
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika to a sandwich bag
Put potatoes in the bag and shake it up!
Then add potatoes to your Air Fryer
AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS
Give the potatoes some space, do not overlap
Set temperature to 200 c or 400 f for 15 mins
Shake basket every few mins for best results
*Your Air Fryer may be different, so make sure keep an eye on them
