– 1/2 – 1lb RAW Shrimp (Deveined/ Peeled/ Cleaned)
– 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
– Chicken Broth (Grits= 3 Cups and Gravy= 3 Tbsp)
– 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
– Cajun Seasoning Blend:
– 2 Tbsp Old Bay
– 2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning (Tony’s or Slap Ya Mama)
– 2 Tbsp Paprika
– 1 Tbsp Black Pepper or Lemon Pepper
– 1 Small Red Bell Pepper, Diced
– 1 Small Green Bell Pepper, Diced
– 1 Small White Onion, Diced
– 1 Garlic Clove, Minced or 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
– Fresh Parsley, Chopped
GRITS:
– 1 Cup Quick Grits ( Yields 2-4 Servings)
– 1 Tbsp Butter
– Salt & Pepper to Taste
– 3 Cups Chicken Broth
