Receta de espaguetis chinos con verduras y carne. Un plato muy sabrosos, completo y económico. Ideal para los amantes de comida china. Los espaguetis chinos se hacen muy rápido y fácil. En 15 minutos tienes la comida hecha para toda la familia. Una sartén llena de espaguetis chinos que gustarán a todo el mundo. Si para hacer la receta te falta algún ingredientes, lo puedes sustituir por otro u omitir.

Ingredientes:

250 g de espaguetis
150 g de calabacín
1 pimiento
100 g de carne
1 cebolla
1-2 dientes de ajo
2 cm de jengibre fresco ó 2 pizcas del seco
200 g de setas shiitake
50 g de brotes de soja
1 zanahoria
5 cucharadas de aceite
5 cucharadas de salsa de soja
