المكونات

١ كيلو بطاطس ١٠٠٠/جرام
ربع كوب زيت الزيتون
١ ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا
ربع ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود مطحون
١ ملعقة صغيرة ثوم مشوي او بودرة ثوم
ربع ملعقة صغيرة بودرة بصل
قليل من إكليل الجبل او روزماري
قليل من الاوريجانو
ملح حسب الرغبة

شوي في الفرن من فوق لمدة ٢٠ الى ٢٥ دقيقة او الى ان تحمر

Ingredients:

1 Kg (1000g) of potatoes
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of roasted garlic or garlic powder
1/4 tsp of onion powder
some fresh rosemary
some fresh oregano
salt as mush as you like

broil in oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
