They are generally served cold as a side dish, appetizer, or a main course, often for holidays or parties.
The dish’s origin can be seen in recipes for boiled, seasoned eggs as far back as ancient Rome, where they were traditionally served as a first course. The dish is popular in Europe and in North America.

INGREDIENTS you’ll need for the preparation:
– 4 eggs ( yolks and whites separate)
– Mayonnaise
– Crushed Black Pepper
– Salt to Taste
– Paprika Powder
– Black Olives
– For Garnish: Fresh Parsley Sprig
* STEPS you will need to follow: –
1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes.
2. Separate yolks after eggs are boiled.
3. Now take Yolks in a fresh bowl and add mayonnaise, salt to taste, crushed pepper, and mix well.
4.Pipe the yolk mixture in the egg whites.
5. Sprinkle Paprika Powder on top of the eggs.
6. Garnish with Black Olives & Fresh Parsley Sprigs
7. Serve – Cold!
