Welcome to today’s video where I will show you an easy and delicious recipe for homemade Hamburgers with potato vedges on the side.
Hope you enjoy!

Here is the recipe in English:
500 g of flour
75 g of butter
1 egg & 1 egg white
1 cup of milk
half a cup of sugar
half a cup of sunflower oil
1 packet of baking powder
2 spoons of plain yogurt
1 spoon of yeast
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
water (as much as needed)
orange zest
salt

And here it is translated into Arabic:
500 غرام دقيق
75 غرام زبدة
1 بيضة و 1 بياض بيضة
1 كوب حليب
نصف كوب سكر
نصف كوب زيت عباد الشمس
1 كيس من مسحوق الخبز
2 ملاعق كبيرة من الزبادي العادي
1 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة
2 ملاعق صغيرة من نشا الذرة
الماء (حسب الحاجة)
تلذذ البرتقال
ملح
