Prawns With Aurora Sauce is a perfect dipping sauce for pan fried or grilled prawns. It is cooked with garlic, butter and a handful of chopped fresh parsley. It is best served as a starter or on a platter sharer.

SERVES 2 – 3
Ingredients for Prawns:
1/2 kilo prawns
100 gms butter
1 tbsp cooking oil
3 big cloves garlic (chopped)
handful fresh parsley (chopped)
salt & pepper for(to taste)

Tips on how to de-vein prawns:
Cut/slit using knife the back of the prawns. After cutting, you’ll see there is a black like hairline shape which is called the prawns’ guts. Take it off then washed the prawns.
