Today I show you how to smoke chili on a pellet smoker. This BBQ smoked chili con carne recipe is what I call “GameDay Chili”, which we typically serve on NFL Sunday. Chili con carne, meaning ‘chili with meat’, is a spicy stew containing chili peppers, meat, and often tomatoes and beans. Other seasonings may include garlic, onions, and cumin. The dish originated in northern Mexico or southern Texas. Here is my version!
