Ingredients:
Bonless Chicken 2Lb
Salt 1tsp
Blk Pepper 1tsp
Paprika. 1tsp
Garlic powder. 1tsp
DRY BATTER
Flour 1Cup
Corn startch 1/2 Cup
Salt 1tsp
Blk Pepper 1tsp
Paprika. 1tsp
Garlic powder. 1tsp
WET BATTER
Water 1Cup
Corn starch 1/2Cup
Eggs 2
Salt 1tsp
Blk Pepper 1tsp
Paprika. 1tsp
Garlic powder. 1tsp
Recipe:
In a food processor add chicken and make a mince.
Add 1tsp salt, 1 tsp blk pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika.
Mix well.
Make patties and put them in the freezer for an hour.
(2 pounds of Chicken makes around 8-10 patties.)
Take 1 Cup flour, 1/2 cup corn starch, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp blk pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika.
Mix well and put them aside.
Take 1 Cup water, 1/2 Cup of corn starch, 1 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1 tsp blk pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika.
Mix well and put them aside.
Heat oil in a pan, Dip a patty in a wet batter and then in a dry batter, Fry them for 5 mins of each side until light brown and fully cooked. Put mayonnaise on the bun, put some lettuce on it and then chicken patty.
