Tuwing tuesday ay Stroganoff day dito sa mga restaurant dito sa Brazil. Meaning kapag nag punta ka sa restaurant at mag tanong ng Menu for the day at ang araw ay tuesday, Stroganoff day yun. Everyday may dish na special sa araw na yun.

Brazilian Rice:

Uncooked Rice
Onion
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Water

Lahat tansyahan lang. 😬

Chicken Stroganoff:

1 1/2kg chicken cut into small cubes or small strip
500ml tomato sauce
200ml Nestlé cream
1 onion
Garlic
Olive oil
2 tsp. Spicy paprika powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Mustard (optional)
1 chicken cube
Salt
Piknik for toppings
