for peri-peri sauce

1Ā cupĀ cubed bell pepperĀ (roasted)

1Ā cupĀ cubed onionĀ (roasted)

5Ā pods fresh garlicĀ (roasted)

6 red chilli

1/4 +1/4Ā tspĀ lemon zest

2+2Ā tbspĀ Lemon Juice

2+2Ā tbspĀ apple cider vinegar

1Ā tbspĀ dried oregano

1Ā tbspĀ Paprika Powder

1/2Ā tspĀ Crushed black Pepper

3Ā tbspĀ Olive Oil

1Ā Bay leafĀ (optional)

SaltĀ (according to taste)

for chicken marination

chicken- 200gm
paprika- 1 tsp
salt as per taste
