I truly thank my mother in law to introduce me to buttermilk marinade for cooking fried chicken.
It has been a life changer for myself and my family. We love fried chicken, and enjoy them pretty often specially prepared by my mother in law. She is an amazing cook,and i have been learning a lot of Delicious American recipes from her.
A gathering without fried chicken just never happens in Cannon House

Therefore without further delay let me share the ingredients i have used to prepare this recipe
2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
FOR THE MARINADE:
500 ml of Butter Milk
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Granulated Garlic
2 tsp Adobo Spice
1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tso Oregano
marinate for atleast 8 hours minimum
Flour Breading Spices:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Granulated garlic
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
We will also need enough vegetable oil to Deep Fry the chicken strips.
Cook each side atleast for 3 mins, then flip the piece to cook for another 3 mins OR until fully cooked
the cooking time honestly will vary depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces.
