In this video at Richard in the kitchen I show y’all how to make slow cooker meatball mac and cheese. This mac and cheese with meatballs recipe in the slow cooker is so easy. Just throw in the ingredients and in just 3 hours enjoy a rich and creamy meaty comfort food favorite. Any style of pasta will work, but this recipe adds a bit of character by using swirly rotini noodles. Simply made. Simply delicious!
Shopping List: Servings: 4-6
1/2 lb. uncooked rotini noodles
1 c pre-cooked frozen meatballs
1/4 c melted butter
1 c Cheez Whiz
1/4 c finely grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c shredded cheddar
1 c whole
1 c evaporated milk
1/4 t garlic powder
Pinch paprika
Kosher salt and course black pepper to taste
Plain bread crumbs and fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Add all ingredients except bread crumbs to the slow cooker. Mix to combine.
Cook on high 2-3 hours until the pasta is done and the sauce has thickened.
Serve and top with a sprinkle of bread crumbs and parsley.
