Recently we had eaten out at Tagmees restaurant and the food there taste really amazing. I was having a dish for the first time and it was Tahini Kofta. So wanted to cook the same at home.
The dish that was served at the restaurant was dry. But when I searched online for the recipe, everything showed a bit liquid. Watched at least 10 recipes online and finally came up with one that always has a touch mine.

FALAFEL :
Chick peas – 1 cup
Parsley – a big bunch
Onion – a small
Garlic – 3 cloves
Green chillies – 3
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
coriander powder – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1.5 tbsp
All purpose flour / maida – 1/4 cup
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
DIP:
Curd – 4 big spoons
Parsley – a few
Coriander leaves – a few
Red chilly flakes – 1 tsp
Mayonnaise – 2 – 2.5 tbsp
Tahini / Sesame seeds paste – 3 tbsp

Cooking time : 220 degree celsius for 10-15 minutes / when one side changes its color, turn to the other side and cook

KOFTA TAHINI :
Minced meat – 1/2 kg
onion – 1 cup chopped / 1 large chopped
Parsley – 1 cup chopped
salt
red chilly flakes -1 tsp
black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder – 1tbsp
Onion- 2 medium sliced
Potato – 2 medium size
olive oil -4 – 5tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2tsp
red chilly flakes – 1 tsp
paprika – 1/2 – 1 tsp
Tahina – 1/2 cup
{TAHINA SAUCE –
Sesame seeds – 1 cup
Vegetable oil or any flavourless oil – 30 ml + 2 tbsp for extra creaminess
Salt – a pinch or less than 1/4 tsp}
Curd -1/2cup
Lemon juice – of 1 whole lemon
Warm water – 1cup
