INGREDIENTS:
12 cup of Kale
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Avocado Oil

LET’S COOK:
•Remove stems clean and dry as much as you can 12 cups of Kale and put in a large mixing bowl (you can break the pieces up if needed 1-2 inch pieces, they will break up as you season and during the cooking process so it’s really not necessary)
•In a large add 1/4 tbsp of salt to the Kale and massage for 2-3 minutes
•Add 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast, 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika, 2 tbsp Avocado Oil. Mix well to make sure all the Kale is coated with seasonings
•Taste the Kale to see if the flavor is to your liking, add more salt and seasonings to suit your taste
•Spread the Kale out on baking sheets, place in an oven on the top rack heated to 300ºF/148ºC for one hour
•Every 20 minutes go toss and spread the Kale chips back out to ensure and even cook
After 1 hour cooking your Kale chips will be ready for healthy snacking
