Easy and tasty,doesn’t need to much time.Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-500g chicken wings(chicken breast or thight,pork)
-800g peas frozen(or fresh)
-1-2tbsp oil(olive,vegetable)
-1medium onion
-passata,tomato paste
-salt,pepper,paprika
-fresh dill(or frozen)
1.Heat 1-2tbsp oil in a pan on a medium heat,add the chicken,fry for few minutes until turning golden,transfer on a plate.
2.In the same pan add the onion until is soft,add the chicken,a bit of water,salt and pepper and let them simmer until the chicken is cooked.
3.Using frozen peas you need only few minutes to cook,3-5min(read the instruction).
4.Add the tomato paste/passata and a pinch of sugar,let them 2-3min.
5.Add dill,and enjoy!
