The essence of summer BBQ! Summertime ribs! The first video from XL BBQ will show you how to make awesome Ribs.

Meathead Goldwyn’s Memphis Dust:

• 3/4 of a cup of Dark Brown Sugar
• 3/4 of a cup of white sugar
• 1/2 cup of paprika
• 1/4 cup of garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons of black pepper
• 2 tablespoons of ground ginger powder
• 2 tablespoons of onion powder
• 2 teaspoons of ground rosemary powder

1. Combine Rubs ingredients together and store properly
2. Slather ribs with mustard (make sure that the membrane is removed)
3. Salt ribs to your liking with kosher salt
4. Season with rub
5. Smoke on smoke setting or at 200 degrees for 3 hours
6. Increase tempreature to 250 degrees for 2 hours
7. Check for doneness with the “Bend Test”
8. Pull and sauce if you like!
9. Enjoy!
