Chef RoRo’s PORK TAIL AFRITADA

✅ Ingredients
– 1 kg pork tail cut into small pieces
– 4 cups water
– 4 tbsp soy sauce
– 15 pcs calamansi juice
– 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
– 1 large chorizo sliced (optional, 1/2 tsp paprika)
– 3 pcs bay leaf
– 1 large red onion diced
– 1 large carrot diced
– 1 large potato diced
– 1 green bell pepper diced
– 3 tbsp cooking oil
– 2 tsp sugar
– salt and pepper to taste
