Hey! My name is Kia Love, WELCOME to my channel! I am a foodie that turned my passion from unhealthy foods to healthy plants-based recipes. All of the recipes I share are the plant-based healthy versions of common, favorite, unhealthy, comfort meals. My recipes do NOT contain soy, tofu, seitan, & most of them do not contain gluten. My main focus is using fresh plant-based ingredients. I am also an asthmatic that have found healing through a plant-based lifestyle, including natural remedies & treatments. I will share my journey in hopes my tips will help other asthma sufferers out there!
IN THIS VIDEO I am sharing my plant-based (vegan) burger recipe! Yes, yall! It is straight up plant based WITHOUT the plant toxins. You cannot get this from the frozen section! All ingredients are fresh without soy, tofu, seitan, or gluten. This is not another mushy bean burger! (Literally, there aren’t any beans in this recipe, as I am not a fan of beans). The texture is amazing with a slightly firm outside, but soft moist inside. BONUS: You can freeze them! They freeze very well & can be saved for another day. I hope you enjoy!

Recipe:
-1 cup canned chickpeas
-1 cup steamed walnuts
-3/4 cup cooked lentils (preferably canned)
-1 cup of portabello or white mushrooms (lightly sauteed)
-1/4 cup shredded beets
-1/2 cup cooked quinoa (1/4 cup dry)
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-2 flax eggs
-Fresh parsley
-2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
-1/3 cup oat flour
-1 Tbsp tapioca flour
-1 Tbsp minced garlic
-1 Tbsp coconut aminos
Seasonings:
-2 tsp Old Bay
-1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
-1/2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
-1 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp ground mustard
-1/2 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp dried thyme
