Hi! In this video I show you how I make my oven baked panko drumsticks. I coat them in greek yogurt instead of egg which helps it get tender & moist. My cajun seasoning is smokey from the smoked paprika, so if you don’t like a smoky flavor just use regular paprika. Also – I mention in the video that I mixed half panko half italian breadcrumbs because I ran out of panko (I usually do all panko) so I wanted to mention it turned out really good! I’ll probably continue to do that. I liked the flavor. However, the italian breadcrumbs don’t get as brown. I drizzled olive oil at the end just to add soak in the breadcrumbs a little bit and add some extra fat for flavor. Here are the ingredients!

5 Chicken drumsticks
1 1/2 C Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Lemon zest
1/2 C Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 C Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 Shredded Parmesan
Cajun Seasoning
Onion Powder
Dried Parsley
Olive Oil

My Cajun Seasoning:
2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 tbsp Dried Thyme
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp black pepper
