Making Tahini and hummus from scratch :
Ingredients for Tahini:
1/4th cup sesame seeds
2 tbsps olive or sesame oil
For Hummus :
1.5 cups boiled chickpeas
3 tbsps Tahini
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps olive oil
Juice of half lemon or 2tsps lemon juice
1 clove of garlic(grated)
