Fideuà has become an essential dish for Spanish cuisine lovers. it was born by chance when a young fisherman started to cook seafood paella on a fishing boat and didn’t find any rice. To fix this, the boy used egg fine noodles. The new recipe soon became very famous in Valencia and Spain. These days fideuà is considered the perfect companion or alternative to traditional paella.
