Kocsonya recept – Hungarian pork jelly recipe – A kocsonya főzése jellegzetesen szilveszter körülre esik, téli különlegesség, de bátran készítsétek el bármikor! Nagyon egészséges, fiatalon tart a fogyasztása! 🙂 Friss, fehér kenyérrel az igazi…:)
The mere mention of this savory gelatinous dish takes Hungarian food-lovers back to childhood memories of winter meals or Christmas dinners.
It’s always served as the main meal or as part of the main meal, presented simply with a sprinkling of sweet paprika and plenty of white bread.

Hozzávalók:
– 2 kg sertés köröm, fül, bőr, farok vegyesen
– 1 kg húsos csülök
– 3-4 közepes sárgarépa
– 1 fehérrépa
– 1 fej vöröshagyma
– 1 fej fokhagyma
– 30-40 szem feketebors
– só
– 3 liter víz

Ingredients:
– 4,4 lbs pork parts (trotters, ears, tails, skin)
– 2,2 lbs meaty pork shank
– 3-4 medium carrots
– 1 parsley root
– 1 head of onion
– 1 head of garlic
– 30-40 grains of black pepper
– salt
– 3 liters (12 cups) water
