The seasoning is used to add color and flavor to many cuisines such as Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Morocco, and South Africa. It is mainly used to season and color rice, stews, and soups.
