Tuesday
Sauce Ingredients
– 1 small roasted cooking onion
– 3 cloves roasted garlic
– 1 large tomato
– 1 fresh jalapenõ
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp pink salt
– 1 tsp cumin
Blend everything until smooth
Wednesday
Sauce ingredients
1 tsp coconut oil
1″ fresh ginger (minced)
1 large clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp black sesame seed
1/4 cup tamari
1/4 cup water
1 tsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp rice vinegar
– Sautè garlic, ginger and sesame seed in coconut oil on low heat for about 8 minutes
– Add all other ingredients and allow to simmer on low for at least 10 minutes
Thursday
Spice Mix
– 1/2 tbsp paprika
– 1/2 tbsp ground mustard
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– pinch pink salt
1/4 tbsp coriander
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
Friday
