This Chicken Salad Recipe is a healthier version of traditional chicken salad. Made with cubes chicken breast, greek yogurt, grapes and a few herbs for perfect balance of creamy and crunchy.
Ingredients:
4 pcs bonless skinless cgicken breasts, cooked and cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups halves red grapes
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
