➣ 3/4 lbs fettuccine pasta, cooked to perfection
➣ 1 onion, finely chopped
➣ 1 lb white mushrooms, sliced
➣ 3 cloves garlic, minced
➣ 2 lbs chicken fillet, diced
➣ 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
➣ 3 tbsp olive oil
➣ 1 tbsp unsalted butter
➣ Salt and pepper to taste

Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
In a skillet, heat 3 tbsp of olive oil. Sauté diced chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of unsalted butter to the skillet. Sauté chopped onion for 3 minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in 3 1/2 cups of half and half, simmering for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
Add the cooked chicken, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
Combine the prepared fettuccine pasta, mix well, and cover with a lid. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

➣ 1 lb Shrimp
➣ 2 tbsp Olive oil
➣ 200g Fettuccine
➣ 2 tbsp Butter
➣ 1/3 cup White wine
➣ 2 tsp Paprika

➣ 1 tbsp Parsley
➣ 70 g Parmesan
➣ Salt to taste
➣ Pepper to taste
➣ 3 cloves of Garlic
➣ 2 cups Heavy Cream

Begin by heating 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet, where 1 lb of succulent shrimp is perfectly seared, seasoned with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a dash of paprika. Once cooked, gracefully plate the shrimp.

Meanwhile, boil 200g of fettuccine to al dente perfection, seasoning the water with a pinch of salt. In another pan, sauté finely chopped shallots and minced garlic in 2 tbsp of butter until aromatic.

Pour 1/3 cup of white wine into the pan, followed by 2 cups of heavy cream. Allow the mixture to thicken over medium heat. Grate 70g of Parmesan and add it to the pan, enhancing the richness. Season with black pepper to taste.

Finely chop fresh parsley for a burst of freshness. Combine the fettuccine with the creamy alfredo sauce, add the seared shrimp, and gently toss. Sprinkle extra Parmesan and parsley to taste.

➣ ½ Onion
➣ 6 oz mushrooms, sliced
➣ ⅓ cup parsley
➣ 2 tbsp Olive oil
➣ 2 tbsp butter
➣ 1 tsp Garlic Powder
➣ 1 tsp Onion Powder
➣ 1 tsp Paprika
➣ ½ tsp cayenne pepper
➣ 1 tsp thyme
➣ 1/3 cup dry white wine
➣ 2 cup chicken broth
➣ 1/2 cup sour cream
➣ 16 Ounce Fettuccine
➣ 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese


Start by boiling 16 ounces of fettuccine until al dente.
Cut 1 lb of turkey breast into bite-sized pieces and coat them with 1 tsp of Cajun Seasoning.
In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the seasoned turkey until golden. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp of butter and sauté half a chopped onion, sliced red and green bell peppers, and 6 oz of sliced mushrooms.
Season with 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tsp thyme. Add salt to taste. Pour in 1/3 cup of white wine, 2 cups of chicken broth, and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Combine the cooked turkey, chopped parsley, and al dente fettuccine in the skillet.
Mix everything together, then plate the dish and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
