Chicken Mandi Rice Recipe By Saima’s Kitchen |Restaurant style Arabian Chicken
🌟INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1 whole
Namak (salt)1.5 tsp
Paprika 1tsp
Haldee (turmeric powder)1/2 tsp
Kali mirch (black pepper powder) 1tsp
Food color 1/4 tsp
Chawal (Rice)1/2 kg
Oil 1/2 cup
Namak (Salt) 3/4 tbs
Kali mirch (black pepper corns)
1/2 tbs
Long (Cloves) 5
Sabz Elachi (Green cardamom)4
Bay leaves 2-3
Sabz Mirch (Green chilli)4-5
Pyaz (Onion) 1 large
🌟RECIPE
_In bowl add salt,paprika,black pepper powder,oil and turmeric powder.
_Mix well.
_In a bowl add chicken marinate it.
_Marinate chicken.
_Cover & set aside for 30 minutes.
_In a cooking pot add oil,green cardamom,cloves,black pepper corns.
_Fry for 1 minute.
_Add onion fry for 2 minute.
_Add garlic and fry for 1 minute.
_Add rice and water.
_Add salt and green chilli.
_Mix well.
_Set foil on the of the pot.
_Add another sheet of foil and butter
paper.
_Prick the foil for steam.
_Set marinated chicken on foil.
_Cover it with foil.
_Cover it with lid tightly.
_Cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.
_Cook it on low flame for 40-50 minutes.
_It is ready.
