Hey People!! How are you doing!?
Todays dish is called MoiMoi and it a simple dish with the simplest ingredients you will find in your local market..

Here are the things you need…

4 cups beans
1 tin Corned beef
1 tin Sardine
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 groundnut Oil
6-7 chilli red peppers (tatashe)
3 pcs fresh pepper
2 onion bulbs
3 seasoning cubes
2 tablespoons crayfish
1 table paprika

1. Pick through beans to remove debris or rocks

2. Pour hot water over the beans and let sit for 5 mins

3. In batches, add the beans and water to blender and pulse for 7-10

4. Pour beans into a large bowl and start rubbing the beans in between your hands – in a prayer hand position

5. The skin will naturally fall off, pour out the water with the excess skin

6. Refill the water and continue to rub to remove excess skin, repeat this step until the majority of the skin falls off.
