Ingredients of Turkish Egg
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
Minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make Turkish eggs:

STEP ONE (Yogurt Mixture)
Prepare yogurt sauce by adding one cup of yogurt, minced garlic, half tea spoon salt and paprika powder and black pepper in a bowl. Mix it well and set aside.

STEP TWO (Red Chili Oil)
In a frying pan melt the butter on low flame. Add Paprika Powder and Chilli Flex. Stir it well and set aside.

Add cooking oil and fry two eggs.

STEP FOUR (Assembling)
Spread the yogurt mixture in a plate. Add the cooked egg on it. Drizzle the red chilli oil and sprinkle green coriander and dill on it.

Turkish eggs are traditionally served warm. You can enjoy them with Turkish bread or toast on the side.
