Ingredients:
1 chicken breast

1 egg
50 ml milk
100 g flour

1 avocado
1 grapefruit
100 g goat ricotta
1 drizzle of oil

First, cut the chicken into strips and prepare the batter: add the egg, milk, flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pass the chicken in the batter, then in the flour and finally fry it in boiling oil. Now let’s take care of the potatoes: cut them into strips, wash them in water, dry them well, season them with aromatic herbs to taste and fry them in boiling oil. And now the sauce: combine the avocado, grapefruit, ricotta, oil, salt and pepper in a blender and blend everything until you get a smooth and velvety cream. Serve and enjoy your meal!
