Let’s make the best GARLIC & PAPRIKA CHICKEN .
Here is a complete step-by-step recipe for you .
-Whole Chicken 1 kg
-Olive Oil 1/2 cup
-Garlic Cloves (minced) 8
-Paprika 2 tbsp
-Red Chilli Flakes 2/3 tbsp
-Fresh Coriander(chopped) 1/4 cup
-Oregano 1/4 tsp
-Salt to taste
-Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
-Lemon Juice 2/3 tbsp
-Mix Veggies (potatoes wedged cut / green chilli / onion) as required
-Preheat oven to 210°C
-In mixing bowl add olive oil, garlic, paprika, red chilli flakes, coriander , lemon juice & oregano.
-In a pan add mixture & cook for about 1 minute over medium heat, do not burn the garlic.
-Clean and dry the whole Chicken and season with salt and pepper.
-Pour this olive oil mixture over the Chicken & make sure the Chicken are coated thoroughly with the olive oil/paprika mixture.
-Place the veggies in grease baking dish sprinkle coriander & pour 2 tbsp olive oil mixture , put chicken on it and bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken are cooked through.
-Pat the chicken dry. Removing the excess moisture will make the Chicken more crispy.
-Yes u can used any oil .
-Don’t burn the garlic. The garlic only needs to be cooked for 1 minute with the other spices. If it burns it will make the chicken bitter.
-Yes you can cooked on pot / slow cooker / steamed/ sauce pan .
-Yes you can used this masala on any part of chicken .
-You can used without skin chicken .
