Blackened chicken recipe
2 boneless chicken breast
3tbs paprika
1tbs salt
1tsp pepper
2tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1tbs olive oil to coat chicken
Coat chicken with olive oil and then coat evenly in mixture.
Fry in olive oil on medium heat about 2 minutes per side
until coating is fried. Remove from heat.
Throw in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until internal
temperature reads 155.
Let rest 10 minutes then cut and serve
Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
3tbs olive oil
1tbs balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
