Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 300g
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese ½ Cup or as required
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup or as required
-Tortilla 8 inches
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,paprika powder,salt,red chilli powder,garlic powder,cumin powder,onion powder,lemon juice & mix well.
-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until tender then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In a chopper,add cooked chicken & chop coarsely.
-In a bowl,add coarsely chopped chicken,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside.
-On tortilla,add & spread prepared chicken & cheese filling on one side of tortilla & flip the other side over it (makes 5-6).
-Grease griddle with butter,place prepared tortilla & cook on low flame from both sides until golden brown (2 minutes each side).
-Cut into pieces,garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein cooked chicken dal ker coarsely chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein coarsely chopped chicken,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarh0an mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Tortilla per tayyyar chicken & cheese filling ko ek side per dal ker pheela lein aur dosri side per flip ker lein (makes 5-6).
-Tawa ko makhan sa grease karein aur tayyar tortilla rakh ker halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak paka lein (2 minutes each side).
