This recipe was shared with me by my grandmother. Having cooked it once, I realized that this dish would be a frequent guest on the festive table in our family. And friends, having tried this chicken, ask for the recipe.
For cooking, we need the following ingredients:
• Chicken fillet – 3 pieces
• Salt, pepper, paprika, Provence herbs
• Tomato 1-2 pieces
• Bow – 1 piece
• Greens (dill) – 1 bunch
• Garlic – 2-3 cloves
• Boiled eggs – 2 pcs
• Cheese – 150 gr
• Sour cream – 3 tbsp
• Mustard – 1 tsp
For our recipe, chicken fillets need to be taken in medium size. They need to be washed and dried with paper towels. Next, cut the breasts into two approximately identical pieces along, as shown in the video
The next step in cooking, we need to properly beat the fillet. I recommend doing this by first covering the meat with cling film so that in the process of beating it does not get dirty with flying splashes.
We remove the film and sprinkle generously on both sides with pre-prepared spices. I used salt, pepper, paprika and herbes de provence. But you can add your favorite chicken spices.
We leave the fillet to marinate, and in the meantime we will prepare the filling. To do this, cut the tomato and onion into cubes. Grind greens and garlic, add grated boiled eggs and part of the cheese. We make a sauce of sour cream, mustard and salt. But you can also take regular mayonnaise. We mix everything and get a very tasty filling.
Lay the fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. We put the filling on the chicken, sprinkle with cheese on top and send it to the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
The chicken turns out very juicy, tender and incredibly appetizing! Everyone who tried this recipe was delighted and shared these recipes with friends and family.
