INGREDIENTS:
๐น Extra virgin olive oil (I used Early Harvest Greek EVOO)
๐น 1 ยฝ oz thinly sliced red onions (about 1 cup)
๐น 25 fresh mint leaves, chopped
๐น 6 Navel oranges, peeled, sliced into rounds
๐น Pinch kosher salt
๐น Pinch sweet paprika
๐น pinch ground cinnamon
๐น Seeds (arils) of 1 pomegranate
Dressing
๐น 1 lime, juice of
๐น 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (I used Early Harvest Greek EVOO)
๐น 1 tbsp honey
๐น 1 ยฝ tsp orange blossom water, optional
