Ingredients :

6 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, to serve

Marinade:

1.5 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon coarse salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Espelette (or Cayenne) pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 200°C, static heat.
In a bowl mix all the marinade ingredients.
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and brush them with the marinade with a silicone brush.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. If it browns too quickly, you can lower the oven temperature a little.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with the cooking juices and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately, with the garnish of your choice.
