In today’s video, I give you the best artichoke dip recipe. This is a family recipe that will have everyone coming back for more! You can make it as healthy or unhealthy as you would like depending on the brand of ingredients that you chose. I always try to buy organic. This healthy version used Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise, freshly grated Parmesan cheese without fillers or preservatives, organic garlic powder, a clean Worcestershire Sauce, and organic whole artichoke hearts when I can find them.
– 2 cans artichoke hearts drained and chopped
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup Parmesan cheese
– Couple dashes garlic powder
– Couple dashes Worcestershire Sauce
– Sprinkle of Paprika over top
Mix all ingredients together and put in pan. Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until bubbling
