Hi there, and welcome to our large family kitchen. Today we are canning the best-ever pickled carrots and pressure-canned potatoes. I also made the most delicious smoked paprika, which was so easy! I hope you enjoy coming along with us.

Lorrie”s Best Pickled Carrots

1 cup sugar
2 cups white vinegar
1.5 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 crushed cinnamon stick
1tbsp pickling spice
You could also add a little dill.

Steam or water bath can for 10 minutes.
