Lorrie”s Best Pickled Carrots
1 cup sugar
2 cups white vinegar
1.5 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 crushed cinnamon stick
1tbsp pickling spice
You could also add a little dill.
Steam or water bath can for 10 minutes.
