Easy & tasty marinade for your chicken.
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 lemon juiced
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
few cracks white or black pepper
1/4 – 1/2 cup Oil of your choice
grind all ingredients and mix with oil until it forms a thick pliable paste.
rub over chicken inside and out. If you have time let it sit overnight.
roast at 425 for about 45mim-1hour depending on size of 🐔
let rest 30 minutes before cutting
