Smoked Paprika Chicken in Creamy Sauce.
chicken breast-4( cut each into 3 thick slices)
smoked Paprika powder-2 tsp
red chilli powder-2 tsp
garlic powder-1 tsp
onion powder-2 tsp
salt to taste
oil- to pan fry
for cream sauce:-
garlic chopped-1 clove
onion chopped-1 medium size
chicken stock or vegetable stock-1 cup
salt to taste
mix all the Powder in a bowl and does the chicken slices with the powder.
heat oil in a heavy bottomed Pan to medium heat and pen drive the chicken best till they are cooked.
transfer the cook chicken breast to a bol reserve the pen to make the sauce.
in the pan the chicken was cooked, add a tablespoon of oil and heat to medium heat.
add the chopped garlic, saute for a minute and add the chopped onion, saute for another minute. just to sweat the onions.
port in a cup of vegetable stock or chicken stock,add salt and bring the stock to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes to reduce the stock.
tier 3 1/4 cup of cream into the stock, bring the source to a boil. reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer until it thickness.
lastly, add parsley leaves into the sauce.
place the smoked Paprika chicken on the plate and spoon the cream sauce of half of the chicken, garnish with parsley spring.
