Delicious and healthy Cranberry Sauce! A perfect addition to your holiday table!

Healthy Cranberry Sauce (Yields: 2 ½ cups)
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Fresh Orange Juice, from two oranges
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Honey or Agave Nectar (see note below)
1 Clove Garlic, minced, optional
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika, optional
1 Tablespoon loosely packed Fresh Grated Orange Zest
1 (12oz) bag Fresh or Frozen Cranberries (Do not use dried)
1 (3-inch) Stick Cinnamon or ½ Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
Orange peels for garnishing, optional

Note: You can use Agave nectar, maple syrup, or light brown sugar instead of honey.
Try adding Fresh Red Currents, Fresh Blueberries, Chopped Pecans, or Seasonal Spices: Nutmeg, Ground Cinnamon, or Allspice.
