Creamy Paprika Pork with Arugula Salad Recipe
The Spice City recipe for a tasty paprika pork with arugula salad.
Recipe: Chop the pork and put it in a bowl. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, garlic and onion power, thyme and paprika. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes. In a pan melt some butter and add the pork, fry untill it’s well cooked, add the whipped cream and let it simmer untill the sauce thickens. For the salad mix arugula, tomatoes, pomegranade seeds and dress with salt and pepper, olive oil, a splash of lemon juice and one of orange juice. Good appetite!
