Sheet Pan Paprika Chicken is a quick 20 min easy dinner recipe where baked Chicken Breasts are baked with a spicy seasoning and served with Mashed Potatoes.

ingredients:
– 2 Large Chicken Breasts Skinless, Boneless (Pounded)
– 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
– 1 stick Melted Butter
– 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
– 1 Tsp Oregano
– Salt & Pepper
– 1 Tbsp olive oil
– Chopped Cilantro
– 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
– 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1) Pound the Chicken Breasts so that they get an even thicken. Preheat the oven to 450F or 230C
2) Brush Chicken Breasts with Melted Butter and Olive Oil. Season the Chicken Breasts with Salt, Cracked Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Oregano. Place them in a sheet pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. Flip after 7-8 minutes in between.
3) Garnish with chopped Cilantro, Red Pepper Flakes, and Lemon Juice. Serve.
You can add some Potatoes, Asparagus, or Green Beans along with the Chicken in the Sheet Pan and Roast them along with the Chicken. You will have to use the same seasoning for all of the veggies as well. This Paprika Chicken is best served with some Mashed Potatoes or Mashed Cauliflower.
