600g (4.8 cups) flour 00
200ml (0.85 cup) white wine
130ml (0.6 cup) olive oil
2 tsp (12g) salt
1 tsp (2g) fennel seeds
1/2 tsp (1g) chili pepper
In a bowl with flour, add salt, fennel and paprika, stir, then add white wine and oil. Knead a fine dough.
Divide the dough into parts, knead each part. Take 30 g of dough, roll into oblongs, divide into two parts and connect in a circle.
Cook in water for about 30 minutes.
After cooking, bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, after which the savory donut is left in the turned-off oven for another 10 minutes.
